Helmet question

It’s been a while since I posted but I came across a helmet that caught my attention and I thought I’d get your confirmation on what I think I’m seeing. It’s a screenshot from a video taken by US Combat Photographers
My thought was this must be a Polizei M42. The man in the image is part of a group of prisoners
am I close to being correct? The uniform coat looks like one I saw in another image on this site
