Certainly NOT a "one looker". Those are the paint tints/colors we often see on the post war attempts. The wear/ chipping around the base of the skirt looks artificial. Sharp edges of the cracked paint around the skirt rim does not look like natural wear.

The odd wear on the exterior dome is strange. As if there are two sets of wear patterns with various degrees of rust/patina. Of course all the other points Andrea noted.
