Just kidding ....it looks like a really great shape M40 to me.  Interesting that the liner has a double size stamp on it done in error I assume ... It should be a 56? if the Helmet is a size 64 I believe. It also has a very tinfoil-y looking Pocher decal I believe.  Cannot confirm if it is indeed correct....it seems to be ... The head looks a little different but well see what the 'sperts say. Assuming all is in check .... this would be a nice one for your collection

••• Another Note - maker stamps are very light.  Unfamiliar w NS usual stamping procedures so maybe someone will weigh in.
