I am sorry you are upset, was not my goal. However I am not going to "sugar coat" a helmet &amp; tell you..."Nice helmet" if I feel differently. There would be little sense in participating in a discussion forum if that were the case. Most of us here opine because we care, especially about new or inexperienced collectors. So if I did not care, I would not have mentioned the prospect of you possibly adding to your collection without having them assessed first.

I don't think (in my mind anyway) that I am "self serving". Never been called that before. Those that know me might think the opposite. But it's okay I guess
