What do you think about this chinstrap? Riveted instead of sewn near the buckle. RBNr stamp in the middle of the long strap. Looks like BGS?

Not WWII vintage, that is all that matters to most of us.

Thanks for your reply. I've come across a similar one on SS Steel that has a description that is vague (intentionally?) about its authenticity but described as "likely...postwar." I can't see the rivet, but it has 10 holes.
