I am in no sense the expert so I may well be contradicted by someone who knows better.
However, an EF helmet should have EF (or possible ET) decals. The runes don't look like either of these to me - more like an attempt at a Pocher? You might find a Pocher on a re-issue but this doesn't look like a reissue.
I don't think these decals are right for this helmet BUT happy to be contradicted by someone with more expertise.

The EF M35 SS helmets are very rare. They were only made late 38' into 1939 & very few are observed.
From what we know, all were decaled with CA Pocher decals. However, I cannot tell if your decals are original with the pics provided. They appear as Pocher decals, but there are some great fake examples out there. The swaz in the party shield appears thin. It's probably bad. So up close pics are needed.

this helmet is far from the one you shared,also the helmet offered to me is green,not gray. He has had it for sale a long time i was told, if it was a good one, it would be gone..
