I am in no sense the expert so I may well be contradicted by someone who knows better.
However, an EF helmet should have EF (or possible ET) decals. The runes don't look like either of these to me - more like an attempt at a Pocher? You might find a Pocher on a re-issue but this doesn't look like a reissue.
I don't think these decals are right for this helmet BUT happy to be contradicted by someone with more expertise.

The EF M35 SS helmets are very rare. They were only made late 38' into 1939 & very few are observed.
