Der Helm ist eine originale Tarnfarbe. Das Leder ist verkehrt herum und wurde daher sicherlich wieder zusammengesetzt. Es wird schwierig zu sagen, ob es in Kriegszeiten oder nach dem Betrachten der Fotos passiert ist.
The helmet is an original nice camo. The leather has been replaced/swapped; hard to say if period or postwar only through photos.
I like the camo as well and the leather which is in the wrong position needs to be looked at in hand to check for signs of recent placement.
Dieses Camo-Muster ist fantastisch. Schade, dass das Leder manipuliert wurde, aber es kann sehr gut angezeigt werden, denke ich zu einem niedrigen Preis. Es hängt von Ihren eigenen Gefühlen ab, einen mit Helm durcheinandergebrachten Helm zu besitzen. Ich habe keine und die meisten in diesem Forum.
This Camo pattern is awesome! A shame that the leather has been manipulated but it can display very nicely I guess for a low price. it depends on your own feelings regarding owning a messed with helmet. I have none as well as most on this forum.

kann es sein, dass das Leder - Innenfutter so fabrikmäßig falsch montiert wurde. Das Innenfutter ist original mit den Splinten befestigt und der Ring wurde nicht getauscht.

Possible yes of course. There is a lot possible with German helmets but it must also be defendable when you sell it down the road.
I rather not have a misplaced leather like that.
Hard to believe been wrongly installed at the factory.
It's possible to replace the leather not touching the liner band..but as long as prongs look so pushed i believe that was off event the band... at this point
