Thoughts on this one
Sorry its bee a while I've been very busy lately and can't seem to find the time to go onto the net for pleasure. I picked this up recently for a fair price, whilst I have no issues with the 2 colour camo scheme - I'm somewhat confused as to if this has had a linerreplacement - at 1st I thought it had, but on closer inspection I'm now thinking it hasn't. I think it may have been stored with a small amount of water trapped in the crown. all the pins are tight and match the helmet properley I know there are some really skilled people out there that can replace just the leather without disturbing the pins. Any thoughts would be appriciated before I list it

Hello John, I also think the liner was replaced.
The difference between the wear/oxidation on the rivet legs on the inside does not correspond with the clean band and the leather is too good to be in a helmet that has worn the way it is.
The orange rust is also distracting which makes me wonder if these are the original rivets, then again they do seem to have the right camo paint on them.
Appreciate the thoughts of a true expert Frank. And thanks for taking the time to comment even though you are on holiday. I suppose it effects the price in reality. Long may the forim live 👍👍
