Thanks for that sir.  Just trying to understand where that liner band came from.  A Berlin area company apparently.  The 0250/0822 number didn't show on his list, but wow!  What a project that man has taken on.  More power to him for putting the time in.

Good to know the Meland book is still out there.

I do not know that number. Ken N's book (out of print and one of the best out there) only has 0/0256/0038 (B&amp;C) and 0/0251/0111 (Werner Zahn) and Jan's book only has the B&amp;C.

It would most likely have to be one of the remaining M31 liner makers
<ul>
 	<li>Schuberth Werk</li>
 	<li>FW Muller</li>
 	<li>Max Densow (although these were only produced up to 1938)</li>
