The current owner has bought this helmet from Weitze and got this false certificate along with the helmet. I gave him a challenge; if he finds another original hkp stamped m42 KM helmet (or a proof there was hkp stamped m42 KM helmets), I will buy this with the price he is asking, if he doesn`t then the price is what I offered <img class="emoji" role="img" draggable="false" src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/13.0.1/svg/1f603.svg" alt="😃" /> He accepted the challenge.</blockquote>
The certificate means zero , zilch , squat. Every collector that is a bit aware of how things work in this hobby knows it. Best he can do is ask Weitze for a refund.

Yes.  If there was ever a point to any of theses COAs.  It would be to obtain a refund from the original seller.  In My Opinion .... Weitze will honor this with his Certificate.  How could they not really.  Not knowing helmets and playing dumb is one thing.  But when confronted they will do the right thing :) But its not your helmet so who cares really :) (unless its a mate of yours)
